BILLY Grant is the co-founder 2Point9, the management company and record label behind the phenomenal success of British star, Jay Sean. Having previously worked at Tel Star where he was integral in breaking the likes of Misteeq and Craig David, Grant and his now business partner Rob Stuart, left the label in 2003 and set up 2Point9 – with just one month’s wages and no private investment.
